Controller and contact
MoveoS B.V., trading as MoveoS®, is responsible for the processing described below. The owner handles privacy enquiries. Contact us at info@moveos.nl.
Email enquiries
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any name, contact details or attachments you include. We use only what is needed to handle your enquiry. Our legitimate interest is being reachable and answering enquiries, so use is limited to that correspondence. For a request to enter into a contract, we use the necessary information to carry out that request. We handle privacy requests to meet our legal obligations.
Contact is voluntary. We may be unable to answer without sufficient information. Do not send identification numbers, identity documents, medical records or care recipients’ personal information with a general product enquiry. We delete unnecessary sensitive information and do not use it for other purposes.
Retention and deletion
Once an enquiry has been resolved, we delete general correspondence and associated personal information from our active mailbox and any working copies we hold. If you explicitly ask us to retain information, we agree its purpose and period with you. This requires your consent and lasts no longer than twelve months after resolution, unless you subsequently agree another specific period with us. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@moveos.nl.
A minimal record of a privacy request — date, type of request and outcome — is retained only if needed to demonstrate compliance, for up to twelve months after resolution. We delete unnecessary message content and identification details. For an ongoing complaint or dispute, we retain only the information necessary for resolution or a legal claim, for as long as that requires. Statutory retention duties may take precedence over deletion; only information covered by that duty is retained.
Technical data and hosting
mijn.host hosts the website and email. To deliver and secure the services and investigate faults, the host processes IP addresses, timestamps, browser and error information. Our legitimate interest is an available, secure website, limited to necessary technical data. Under mijn.host’s standard terms, logs are retained for up to twelve months and backups for up to ninety days. Deleted messages may remain in backups until rotation removes them.
Access and service providers
Within MoveoS B.V., only the owner accesses correspondence. We do not sell personal information. mijn.host processes data for hosting, email and technical administration under its processing terms. Authorised service providers may also have access for necessary maintenance or incident handling. Disclosure may be required by law.
Processing outside the EEA
mijn.host’s published provider list places hosting and backup infrastructure in the EU. For support it lists Anthropic in the United States, protected by European standard contractual clauses. This does not mean our mailbox is routinely transferred to that provider. We limit support information to what is necessary. Contact info@moveos.nl for information about applicable safeguards.
Cookies and security
The MoveoS theme uses no advertising or analytics trackers for ordinary visitors and stores no visitor profile. The language choice is included in the web address and does not require a cookie. The additional WordPress emoji service is disabled. WordPress uses necessary login cookies for signed-in administrators.
The website uses HTTPS. Administration and email access are protected by two-factor authentication. The owner handles updates, backups and privacy administration. Access to correspondence is restricted. Restored information is not reused for contact purposes after deletion; necessary deletions are repeated following recovery.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing, where the GDPR grants that right in your situation. Email info@moveos.nl. We respond within one month; if an extension is necessary, we notify you within that month and may take up to two additional months. If identity is uncertain, we request only the information needed to verify it. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
We update this notice when our processing changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
